To PowerMac G3 “Blue and White” ήταν ο πρώτος επαγγελματικός υπολογιστής της Apple που δανείστηκε το σχεδιασμό του iMac. Επίσης ήταν το πρώτο μοντέλο που υποστήριξε αποκλειστικά υποδοχές USB για περιφερειακά.

The Blue and White PowerMac G3 was the first professional computer from Apple to follow on the design steps of the iMac. It was also the first to drop legacy ports and totally embrace USB for connecting peripherals.
