H σειρα LC της Apple ήταν η πρώτη προσπάθεια δημιουργίας ενός έγχρωμου υπολογιστή χαμηλού κόστους. Το πρώτο μοντέλο βασίστηκε στον επεξεργαστή Motorola 68020, ενώ το τελευταίο μοντέλο της σειράς στον 68LC040.

The LC series was an attempt by Apple to release a low cost computer with color support. The first model was based on the Motorola 68020 microprocessor, while the final model (LC475) was based on the 68LC040.
