Η Commodore ήταν μια αμερικανική εταιρεία που ιδρύθηκε από τον Jack Tramiel. Αρχικά επιδιόρθωνε γραφομηχανές, στη συνέχεια παρήγαγε υπολογιστικές μηχανές, ενώ ως Commodore Business Machines έγινε γνωστή για τους υπολογιστές της.

Commodore was a company founded by Jack Tramiel. Originally started as a typewriter repair company, it soon started developing portable calculators. It was one of the first personal computer makers, and released a series of succesfull computers under the name Commodore Business Machines.
